Only shipments to a legitimate street address will be accepted by ohsmartphone. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Repeated deliveries/shipments may result in multiple posts on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Has my order shipped?
We will dispatch your item within 2-3 business days of receiving your purchase confirmation. If your item has not delivered after 2-7 business days, please contact us by selecting the “Contact us” button.
Why is my order not confirmed yet.
There are several possible explanations for this:
-Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email.
- The bank hasn’t finished processing your transaction – if your bank denies your purchase, you’ll receive an email from ohsmartphone outlining the reason for the refusal and the next steps.

Missing Package
We can assist you if your shipment was misplaced by the courier, stolen, or handed to the incorrect person.
It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure that their address and P.O.BOX or shipment and delivery information is correct.
