Eligibility for Return
Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received, with all original packaging and accessories intact. Returns require a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation. Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items that have not been packaged in their original packing
- Items that are no longer resellable
- Special orders or customized goods
- Items that are not faulty
- Items that do not fall under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Restocking Fee
- We may charge a restocking fee for returns, particularly if the item has been opened or used.
- The restocking fee will be clearly stated at the time of return request, and it will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Timeframe
Once we receive your returned item, we will verify its eligibility for return and process your refund. Refunds will be granted within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refund for Shipping Costs

International Orders
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs and import costs. If a product is denied or returned due to unpaid costs, the buyer will be refunded for the goods only, not for the original shipping cost or the cost of returning the box.
Faulty Items
If the item you receive is faulty or is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us, and we will handle the issue by refunding or exchanging the item.
Change of Mind

Canceling an Order
You have 24 hours (1 day) after purchasing to cancel your order. If you cancel your purchase after 24 hours, we will charge a processing fee of 10Pounds or the equivalent in your currency.
